§ 5. The purchaser of any bonds provided for hereunder shall not be obligated to inquire into the validity of the items funded by reason of the issue of such bonds and all bonds issued hereunder shall be valid and binding obligations of any such sanitary district, notwithstanding the fact that such bonds, either in whole or in part, exceed any statutory debt limitation in force at the time said bonds are issued.
