§ 7.8. A contract entered into under Section 7.7 between the board of trustees and persons building a sewer to be dedicated to the sanitary district as a public sewer shall be filed with the Recorder of each county in which all or a part of the property affected by the contract is located. The recording of the contract in this manner shall serve to notify persons interested in that property of the fact that there will be a charge in relation to that property for the connection to and use of the facilities constructed under the contract. Failure to record the contract does not affect the validity of the contract.
