Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 2305/17. Garbage disposal

§ 17. The board of trustees of any such sanitary district are hereby vested with power and authority to enter into contract with any city or village for the reduction, treatment and disposal of any garbage or offal, or solid matter removed from sewage at any disposal plant or treatment works.
