§ 30-20. Board members appointed. The Village President of Hindsboro and the Hindsboro Village Board of Trustees shall constitute the Bowdre Township Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Board. However, within 30 days after the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1988, the Village President of Hindsboro, with the advice and consent of the Hindsboro Village Board of Trustees, shall appoint 2 members of the Bowdre Township Board of Trustees to serve as additional members of the Board. Before entering upon the duties of his office, each member of the Board shall take and subscribe the constitutional oath of office and file it in the office of the Secretary of State.
