§ 205-50. Oath and qualification. Each person appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners shall qualify by taking or subscribing to an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Illinois and to well and faithfully discharge his duties, which oath shall be filed with the secretary of the Commission.
