Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1950/30. Records of a district

§ 30. Records of a district. The board shall adopt rules and regulations for the retention and proper safekeeping and maintenance of its permanent records and for the recording of the corporate actions of the district. The district shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Records Act.
