§ 55. Removal of members. The Governor may remove from office any board member immediately in case of incompetency, neglect of duty or malfeasance of office, or otherwise upon 15 days' written notice to the other members. Absence from any 3 consecutive regular meetings of the board shall be deemed neglect of duty.
