Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1915/5. Definitions

§ 5. Definitions. As used in this Act:

“Authority” means the Grand Avenue Railroad Relocation Authority.

“Order” means that particular Order, as amended, entered by the Illinois Commerce Commission in ICC Docket # T90-0022.

“Person” includes an individual, partnership, firm, public or private corporation, and government or unit of government.

“Railroads” means the Soo Line Railroad, CP Rail Systems, Wisconsin Central Ltd., Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad, and other railroads operating or owning trackage or right of way within the area of the Authority.
