Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1905/7. Compensation of Commissioners

§ 7. Compensation of Commissioners. Each Commissioner, including the Chairman, shall receive the sum of $100.00 for each regular or special meeting of the Commissioners which he attends, but no Commissioner, except as hereinafter provided, shall receive more than $5,000.00 in any calendar year. In addition to the foregoing each Commissioner, including the Chairman, shall be reimbursed for any necessary expenditures made in connection with the performance of his duties as a Commissioner.
