§ 33. As soon after the end of each fiscal year as may be expedient, the Board shall cause to be prepared and printed a complete and detailed report and financial statement of the Port District operations and of its assets and liabilities and a copy thereof shall be filed with the Governor, the county clerk of the county and a copy mailed to the Mayor and City Council or President and Board of Trustees of each municipality within the Port District.
