§ 1. There is created a political subdivision, body politic and municipal corporation, named “White County Port District”, embracing all the area of White County and all the area within the incorporated limits of the City of Grayville. The Port District may sue and be sued in its corporate name, but execution shall not in any case issue against any property owned by the Port District. The Port District may adopt a common seal and change the same at pleasure. The principal office of the Port District shall be in the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois.
