Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1855/4.3. Industrial buildings and bond issuance therefor

§ 4.3. The District shall have the rights and powers enumerated in Division 74 of Article 11 of the “Illinois Municipal Code”, approved May 29, 1961, as heretofore and hereafter amended,  1 in the same manner and form as though the District were a “municipality” as defined in Section 11-74-2 thereof.  2
