Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1842/25. Powers under the Industrial Project Revenue Bond Act

§ 25. Powers under the Industrial Project Revenue Bond Act. A participating municipality has the rights and powers enumerated in the Industrial Project Revenue Bond Act and may exercise those rights and powers in the same manner as any other municipality, as that term is defined in Section 11-74-2 of that Act.
