§ 10. Ottawa Port District. There is created a political subdivision, body politic, and municipal corporation by the name of the Ottawa Port District embracing the following described territory in LaSalle County, Illinois: the following sections in Township 34 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian: 25, 26, 34, 35 and 36; and the following sections in Township 33 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24; and the following sections in Township 33 North, Range 4 East of the Third Principal Meridian: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, the southwest quarter of section 10, the northwest quarter of section 15 and that portion of section 15 lying north of the Illinois River and South of the Illinois and Michigan Canal, 16, 17 and 18; and the following sections in Township 34 North Range 4 East of the Third Principal Meridian: 20, that portion of section 21 lying west of the Fox River, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33.
