§ 180. Non-applicability. The provisions of the Illinois Municipal Code, or the provisions of the Airport Authorities Act, or the provisions of the General County Airport and Landing Field Act, shall not be effective within the area of the District insofar as the provisions of said Acts conflict with the provisions of this Act or grant substantially the same powers to any municipal corporation or political subdivision as are granted to the District by this Act.
