Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1830/13. Obligations for salaries, office or administrative expenses

§ 13. Unless and until revenues from operations conducted by the Port District are adequate to meet all expenditures or unless and until otherwise determined by act of the General Assembly, the Port District shall not incur any obligations for salaries, office or administrative expenses prior to the making of appropriations to meet such expenses.
