§ 36. The Commission may accept and expend, for purposes consistent with the purposes of this Act, funds and money from any source, including grants, bequests, gifts or contributions made by a person, a unit of government, the State government or the Federal government.
The Commission is authorized to enter into agreements with any agency of the Federal government relating to grant-in-aid by which Federal funds may be made available for any activity of the Commission authorized by this Act.
