Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1710/33. Consideration of plan by governmental units

§ 33. Any unit of government having jurisdiction within the area to which any comprehensive or functional plan or segment of a comprehensive or functional plan of the Commission applies may give due consideration to any such plan or segment in performing or authorizing any governmental service or function to which the plan relates.
