Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1710/27.1. Contracts for services; units of government

§ 27.1. Contract with any unit of government to provide the expertise, coordination or performance of any function or service which may be performed by the unit of government, including, but not limited to administrative, management and operational functions and services.
