Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1710/18. Annual budget; fiscal year

§ 18. Adopt an annual budget and make appropriations pursuant thereto in the same manner, as near as may be as is provided for other municipal corporations by The Illinois Municipal Budget Law.  1

The fiscal year of the Commission is from July 1 through June 30.
