§ 1a. The territory located without the corporate limits of the City of Chicago that prior to May 1, 1934, was included in any existing park district lying partly within and partly without the limits of such city is hereby disconnected from the Chicago Park District provided, however, such disconnected territory so lying outside of the limits of the City of Chicago shall remain liable for its proportionate part of its bonded and unfunded indebtedness.
