§ 18. (a) The Authority shall file with the Governor, by November 15 of each year, a written
statement and report covering its activities for the preceding fiscal year.
(b) The Auditor General of the State of Illinois, shall annually audit or cause to
be audited the books and records of the Authority, and shall file a certified copy
of the report of such audit with the Governor and with the Legislative Audit Commission. The audit reports, when so filed, shall be open to the public for inspection.
