Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1215/34. Office becomes vacant on conviction under section 146

§ 34. If any person shall be convicted under the last preceding section, any public office or place of public employment which such person may hold, shall, by force of such conviction, be rendered vacant.
