Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1215/17. Reports to Board of Trustees of Fund

§ 17. Said Board shall on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of January of each year make to the Board of Trustees of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund a report showing its own action, the rules in force, the practical effects thereof and any suggestions it may approve for the more effectual accomplishment of the purposes of this Act. The Board of Trustees of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund may require a report from said Civil Service Board at any time.
