Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 1205/8-19. Alcoholic liquors; sale or delivery; dram shop liability

§ 8-19. Any park district may sell or deliver alcoholic liquors in accordance with the provisions of “An Act relating to alcoholic liquors”, approved January 31, 1934,  1 as such Act may be now or hereafter amended. Such park district shall provide dram shop liability in maximum insurance coverage limits in accordance with “An Act relating to alcoholic liquors”, approved January 31, 1934, as such Act may be now or hereafter amended.
