Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 105/8. Neglected or abandoned cemeteries; restoration

§ 8. A cemetery maintenance district may rehabilitate, recondition and restore any neglected or abandoned publicly owned cemetery within the district and may thereafter maintain any such cemetery in good condition.
