§ 9-3-14. Any person interested in any real estate to be affected by such assessment may appear and file objections to the amount assessed against any such real estate. However, such objection must be filed in writing in the court in which the petition has been filed within the time named in the notice, or within such further time as the court may continue the case, or within such further time as the court may allow.
