Illinois Statutes Chapter 65. Municipalities § 5/9-2-142. Adoption of this division by other municipalities

§ 9-2-142. Any municipality, not already controlled by this Division 2, if it so determines by ordinance, may adopt the provisions of this Division 2, and where it has so adopted this Division 2, it has the right to take all the proceedings provided for and to have the benefit of all the provisions of this Division 2.
