§ 5-2-18.8. The propositions provided for in Sections 5-2-18.1, 5-2-18.2 and 5-2-18.7 shall not be submitted to the electors at the same election. If petitions to submit more than one of such propositions are filed for presentation at the same election, the petition first filed prior to such election shall be accepted by the city clerk and the petition for the submission of the other propositions, if tendered thereafter, shall be refused by the city clerk. The proposition requested to be presented in the petition first filed shall be submitted at the election.
