§ 2-4-5. Such corporate authorities shall hold a hearing on such petition and all remonstrances thereto, at the time fixed in such notice, or at any subsequent meeting of the corporate authorities if, for any reason, action on the petition is not taken at the time fixed. If the corporate authorities are satisfied that a change of name is desirable, they shall make an order changing the name and adopting the name requested in the petition.
