Illinois Statutes Chapter 65. Municipalities § 5/11-99-2. Proceeds of tax; transfer to park association

§ 11-99-2. Where a boulevard and park association incorporated under the general law is doing the work provided for under Section 11-99-1, the proceeds of the specified tax may be transferred to that association for the purposes specified in that section.
