§ 11-68-7. Any stadium and athletic field which was acquired by such a city and which, immediately prior to January 1, 1942, was being maintained under “An Act to authorize the establishment and maintenance of stadium and athletic fields in cities, having a population of more than thirty thousand, the corporate limits of which coincide with the township limits in which said cities are located,” approved June 27, 1921, as amended, shall be treated as if acquired under this Division 68 and may be continued to be maintained under this Division 68.
