Illinois Statutes Chapter 65. Municipalities § 5/11-65-4. Appropriations and bond issues; manner

§ 11-65-4. All appropriations and bond issues for the use of such a municipal convention hall shall be made by the corporate authorities in the manner provided by law. All warrants upon which any portion of these funds are to be paid out shall bear the signature of such officials as may be designated by the corporate authorities.
