Illinois Statutes Chapter 65. Municipalities § 5/11-52.1-1. Establishment; sale of lots

§ 11-52.1-1. Any city or village may establish and maintain cemeteries, within and without its corporate limits, and acquire lands therefor, by condemnation or otherwise, and may lay out lots of convenient size for families, and may sell lots for family burying ground, or to individuals for burial purposes.
