§ 11-5.2-4. The corporate authorities of any municipality may enter into cooperative agreements with any other governmental entity or any nonprofit community service association with respect to the expenditure of municipal funds, or funds made available to the municipality under the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, in order to provide senior centers, transportation and social services for the poor and aged.
