§ 11-48.2-6. Any encumbrances or restrictions imposed upon designated property pursuant to subsections (a)-(i) of Section 11-48.2-2 of this Division shall be deemed public easements, and any depreciation occasioned by such encumbrances or restrictions shall be deducted in the valuation of such property. This amendatory Act of 1971 does not apply to any municipality which is a home rule unit.
