Illinois Statutes Chapter 65. Municipalities § 5/11-46-6. Failure of commission to decide

§ 11-46-6. If the art commission, except as provided in Section 11-46-7, fails to decide upon any matter submitted to it within 60 days after the matter is submitted, its decision is unnecessary.
