§ 11-38-2. All plumbers or other persons interested in the contract for the plumbing work of a building specified in Section 11-38-1 shall receive a written certificate of instruction from the examining board or officer of a specified city before commencing work on the building and shall proceed according to the plans, specifications, and instructions, as approved by the examining board or officer.
