§ 11-36-1. Every person desiring to engage in the business of a mason contractor or employing mason within a municipality with a population of 500,000 or more, is required to obtain an annual license authorizing him to do so, in the manner provided by Sections 11-36-2 through 11-36-6. However, where a firm or corporation consists of more than one mason contractor or employing mason, it is not necessary for more than one member of the firm or corporation to procure a license.
