§ 11-26-6. Every specified municipality has the power to secure grants and loans, or either, from the United States government, or any agency thereof, for financing the establishment and construction of any hospital, dispensary, or other auxiliary institution, or any part thereof, authorized by Section 11-26-1. For these purposes, the municipality has the power to issue and sell or pledge to the United States government, or any agency thereof, all or any part of the revenue bonds authorized by Section 11-26-1 and to execute contracts and other documents and do all things that may be required by the United States government, or any agency thereof.
