§ 11-148-6. Whenever a municipality of another state constructs or leases a sewage disposal plant in the State of Illinois, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-148-1 through 11-148-4, the municipality may condemn and take property within the State of Illinois necessary for that disposal plant and for connecting and outlet sewers and appurtenances, in the same manner as might any municipality within this state.
