§ 11-123-21. Accretions or artificially made or reclaimed land, which may be formed or added to any utility constructed under this Division 123 by a public or municipal corporation, other than a city or village, shall not become the property of that public or municipal corporation, but shall revert to and become the property of the city or village for the purposes of this Division 123, subject to such disposition as the corporate authorities of the city or village shall direct.
