§ 11-102-4b. The municipal clerk of the municipality which established the airport involved shall publish notice of the hearing at least once, not more than 30 nor less than 15 days before the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipalities affected. If no newspaper is generally circulated in such municipality, publication shall be in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the municipalities affected.
