Illinois Statutes Chapter 65. Municipalities § 20/21-17. Powers--Use of space over streets

§ 21-17. Powers--Use of space over streets. The city council may also regulate the use of space over streets, alleys and public places of the city, and upon payment of proper compensation, to be fixed by ordinance, may permit the use of the space more than twelve feet above the level thereof.
