§ 90. Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Fund. The Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. Moneys in the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Fund shall be appropriated to the Department of Transportation to promote the development, financing, and operation of transportation facilities under this Act. Investment income which is attributable to the investment of moneys in the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Fund shall be retained in the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Fund.
