§ 7-210. Termination of security requirement. The Secretary of State, if satisfied as to the existence of any fact which under Sections 7-206, 7-207, 7-208, or 7-209 would entitle a person to be relieved from the security requirements of this Article, shall not require the deposit of security by the person so relieved from such requirement and shall terminate any prior order of suspension in respect to such person, or if security has previously been deposited by such person, the Secretary of State shall immediately return such deposit to such person.
