§ 6-210. No operation under foreign license during suspension or revocation in this State.
Any resident or nonresident whose drivers license or permit or privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this State has been suspended or revoked as provided in this Act shall not operate a motor vehicle in this State:
(1) during the period of such suspension, except as permitted by a restricted driving permit issued under the provisions of Section 6-206 of this Act; or
(2) after such revocation until a license is obtained when and as permitted under this Act, except as permitted by a restricted driving permit issued under the provisions of Section 6-205 of this Act.
