§ 6-1011. Injunctions. If any person, firm, association, partnership, or corporation operates in violation of any provision of this Article, or any rule, regulation, order, or decision of the Secretary of State established under this Article, or in violation of any term, condition, or limitation of any license issued under this Article, the Secretary of State, or any other person injured as a result, or any interested person, may apply to the circuit court of the county where the violation or some part occurred, or where the person complained of has an established or additional place of business or resides, to prevent the violation. The court may enforce compliance by injunction or other process restraining the person from further violation and compliance.
