Illinois Statutes Chapter 625. Vehicles § 5/3-913. Hearings

§ 3-913. Hearings. Hearings under this Article shall be governed by Section 2-118 of this Act and the Administrative Review Law as amended,  1 shall apply to and govern all proceedings for judicial review of any final order issued by the Secretary of State.
