§ 18d-153. Misrepresentation of affiliation. It shall be unlawful for any tower to misrepresent an affiliation with the State, a unit of local government, an insurance company, a private club, or any other entity, or falsely claim to be included on a law enforcement agency's tow rotation list maintained under Section 4-203.5 of this Code, for the purpose of securing a business transaction with a vehicle owner or operator.
